I am also looking for a similar size with higher mAh capacity. My SG-158 has a 200mAh battery and mp3's with screen turn-off of 9 secs; lasts only about 3.5 hrs.
I found this on Ebay:
"New Rechargeable Battery for Osmium MP3 MP4 player" by seller "discounttown" item # 190104567027.
It claims 420 mAh and the seller emailed me with dimensions of 35x15x6 mm.
Total cost is about $6us.
Looks promising...Anyone try this battery? Is the 420mAh true?
