I have offered a 2GO generic MP4 for my son baptism
Bought on ebay

Unfortunately, After it run fine during Approx. One hour, the battery ran off and we tried to recharge it.
Windows since recognize the MP4 when USB plugged and the battery icon shows with charging animation (its the same either with button positionned off or on)
When USB plugged we can do everithing: navigate in the menu, moving file from PC to MP4 etc. All the buttons are OK.
BUT after several hour of charge, when we unplug the MP4 we cannot start it.
It seems to be a dead battery ? (its new)
Or a firmware bug ?
Anyone know how to fix that ? Especially I think a reset but I dont know how to do without doiing the radical solution consisting in erasing all and reinstall a fimware)
My MP4 says (in firmware menu)

I have unscrewed the cover and try to look for a reset pin or jumper inside but.. no.
I thought unsolder the battery but in this case the warranty may be void !
So I dont do that.
The chip inside is TJ2093H
