hi, i am trying to recover my dead player, i managed to get the computer to find it by the tweezer and chip thing. now i am trying to upload the recovery and the counter is stuck (on 5 bars) what can i do? is there anywhere you can send mp4playrs to have them repaired? i contacted the seller an ebay 5 times to tell them its broke and no reply! btw it is a 2" 4g tft player. looks same as this
