It may be a faulty battery yes. This was the first thing I thought.
But I was looking to see if in this great community others member experimented the same problem and found other cause (firmware problem or manipulation to do like a soft reset ... ecc...)
In fact, I just sent back the MPX to my vendor. It seems to be a solid and pro Ebay seller. He answer me very quickly and ask me to send back the MPX. Its a very pro attitude that is very appréciable.
