Yes, but if it is insured by a 3rd party company, it still would be RA because it's not insured by the post.
I had a insured RA package lost, and it was replaced.
Just right know, I have a package with 5 players heading towards me.
of course it's insured, and still is RA.

Hi, I wasn't saying all sellers where out to scam us, but all sellers that are selling hacked players are. Looking through this forum that is a fact.
