I think I have the same player as you do, but all the stuff you said doesn't make any sense to me. I am so technological stupid.

I have tried to play avi, mpg, mp4, amv, and other files and it doesn't work. I am really confused what to do, so if you understand what the problem is, I will be really thankful for your help!!
