Just to let others know, I have been told by PushPlay Digital that a person from PPD has been dedicated to supporting members at MyMPxPlayer with any issues. I have also been told that due to new management at one of their branches, this might have lead to these delays.
It's really good to see that PPD is going to get on top of these, now that the site also has it's CS rep from PushPlay Digital now
