peter_pham, If your player has a camera it will be using a Sunplus chipset. The firmware is the players operating system as Windows is to your PC.
It is highly unlikely that a firmware upgrade will ever be released for your player as most manufacturers do not bother with research and development to improve or add new features to their products they are more likely just to release a whole new product every few months to keep up with latest trends.

If your player is produced by a specific name brand manufacturer that has it's own web site then you may find they have a support page for your player.

Do not try to update your firmware unless you are 100% sure that the upgrade is specifically designed for your player. My understanding with Sunplus chipped players is that if you brick your player with the wrong firmware it has to be factory reloaded in order to recover it.
