Well...I finally found something regarding this, must have missed it when I searched earlier.

That pretty much describes exactly what is happening to me. So I guess I need to split the movie into two files? Am wondering if anyone found a way around this or found out for sure if that is the problem.
Am trying the use a different codec option now. Hope that does the trick, if not, splitting the movie will be next.
