When i got the player i turned it on and the sandglass timer wont go away.
When i plug it in the usb my computer says its in there and it the driver cannot install so it askes for the disk i insert the disk and it does not install..

So i was wondering if sombody had the driver for my mp4 player

and i do not know the firmware and i dont care if i have to install other firmware if possible
