Default Re: Negotiating with the sellers

Thanks azza87, much much appreciated for your informative reply. I would not be a victim if I found this site before bidding. I mean the seller has a pretty high percentile of positive feedback afterall so I didn't read much into the negative feedback probably like what most of the bidders are doing right now as we speak. With so many items on auction and so many people bidding for them, they must be legit... at least thats what I thought...

Boy was I wrong. And I didn't know there are loop holes in the ebay/paypal systems. And worse, I didn't know there are people who knowingly abuse those loopholes. I learned my lesson and learned it very well.

Since I already admitted that I would ship the item back at my own cost on the claim, and I am fair so I will give paypal the benefit of the doubt and see what happens. If it will cost me more than return shipping to get my full refund, or more time than the 50 days from my initial purchase (allowing 10 days to send the dispute to cc in writing), then I will go ahead and dispute it with my cc.

Thanks again.
