nofixio , these players are very temperamental when it comes to unplugging them. Unplugging directly without safe removal sometimes corrupts the player.

You'll just need to repeat the dead player recovery guide again until you can get the player recognised by the computer.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
