Not saying it could never be done or impossible, but at the current moment, there isn't a tool that will do it. I'm not even sure if the firmware will be able to take it either.
Also, for it to be useable, you will need a player with a joystick on it.
The MP4 chip developers don't provide any useful firmware editing tools. wiRe developed the tool himself for this kind of thing and it's still in development.
