HI, as you see im new here. and im having problem with my mp4 player. I purchased my player about 2 weeks ago and it worked fine on my home pc. I added songs and video. Then one day, my pc didnt recognize it anymore. I would get "Windows doesnt Recognize USB device". I did all the things the computer told me to do, i uninstalled the drive, reinstalled it, restarted, everything. Then I used my laptop and my laptop recognized it. The next day wen I connected it to my laptop, it pulls up on my computer. But wen I try to add songs, or videos or even a folder it says "device folder not specified". And I cant do anything. Ive used TWO different pcs, and changed usb cords and still my house pc doesnt recognize it and my laptop doesnt allow me to add songs. The battery charges and when i use the AC plug, it charges also. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated. Ive tried looking through the forum but I cant find anyone with my problem. Thanks in advance!!!!
