I have an 8gb China mp4 player with the same ACU7513 chip - Unfortunitely it only shows an hour glass and does not show a menu nor connect as a USB drive. I did not do anything except turn it off and then turn it on again sometime later which resulted in this problem.

Can anyone offer some advice because I really liked it for the grand 24hours it worked?
