AA27, These second gen Nano clones are running the newer 9 series version of firmware that is almost impossible to come by so your chances of getting a responce or a working firmware are not good.
Unless you can get a copy of the players specific firmware from the scamming bastard that sold you the hacked player you may not be able to recover your player
