The facts of the case are: you paid to get a certain sized player and never got it. Therefore you are entitled to a refund.
It serves the seller right getting nothing - if he/she wants to con people then they can expect their comeuppance.
I am due an "8GB MP4 player" which is actually a 1GB player that cant play MP4 files.
So I will be speaking to the seller once I recieve the player and get the facts in front of me. If the seller does not come up with satisfactory compensation for the player being well below what I expected then I too will be seeking a FULL REFUND from my credit card company
