I have just made a phone call to the Hong Kong Police. The policeman just wanted to push the ball to the other department. He also asked me to complain to ebay. But I argued that the trading indeed happens in Hong Kong. The person selling hacked mp3 do know the mp3 players are hacked. You police can convict them and it depends very much on whether the police of Hong Kong will act on it. After a few minutes of arguing, he finally advised me to file a complaint to an email he gave me. That is
cpu-dcd@police.gov.hk. Now I need a list of sellers who are resident in Hong Kong. May be we cannot stop all the scams, but at least we can stop some of them in Hong Kong!
Could you all sort off a list of sellers registered in Hong Kong?
