There's a couple of options to try. In the Converter.ini file, after "-ofps 20" or "-ofps 24" add the parameter "-delay x" where x is the delay time in seconds. The value can be either positive or negative. You'll need to either find which line of the file applies to your selection of settings, or use a global replace function to add it to every line. This will only work if the delay is constant throughout the video and is the same with all videos. Alternatively, you can try adding the parameter "-forceidx" which will force re-synchronisation. It sounds like a dream answer and I have found it to work on occasions, but it makes things worse more often than better. Good luck!
