CTW500 - writed on small chip.

I used this firmware:

Now, my player work only with a white screen. Only one color on screen - white.
Please, help me! Maybe i should install other firmware?
Please, a someone have same mp3 player, make backup and send me to

Please, give me any on CTW500, only except 9.0.43
