Hi, unfortunately, you probably have a hacked player. You need to clink on the link at the top of the Support Page titled "How to Remove a Memory Hack." Chances are your mp3 player is hacked to show more memory than it actually has. A hacked player often shows that all the songs and videos are on the player, but it only copies part of them which results in format errors.

Where did you get your player from?
