Check out bt-big-world, they use the same line of text in their listing. I think the issue here is that "8GB" shouldn`t be allowed in the title whether it has an asterix or not. All of hailitele and bt-big-world 8gb items seem to carry the same line. bt-big world has over 100 8gb players a day and hailitele has over 250 8gb players listed each and every single day.
