aztec13 , i'll suggest that you format your player immediately and avoid adding anymore files to your player. Once the memory gets corrupted, your player would have format errors and that is where all the problems would begin. Format guide here

i don't think there is 37GB of memory, the price you paid for would no where be near for that capacity.
