I am very interested to know how you found out about this site.
I see a lot of messages like "I found out about this site after I've found my player had problems and has been hacked".
So, I would be very interested to know how you found out about this site. That way, I can find ways to improve the presence of this site on the internet. More importantly, find ways to get the message about this site and about hacked players out to would-be buyers and warn them BEFORE they buy that "8GB player for USD$50"!
