Default Mp4 player is no working
Hello, Nice to meet you.

How can i know the firmware who i need for my mp4 of 1GB?, the numbers of the chips are ATJ2085I and Samsung 526 K9K8G08U0A PCB0.

I try tu upgrade but only i can get is this:

Only the disk mode is safe, but the player is no responding. What can i do?
