All right. Don't panic, i got that too and i was scared. All you have to do is this:
1. Dismantle your player
2. Connect it to PC
3. Turn it on
4. Do exactly like in this picture but FAST. I mean scroll fastly on the memory chip pins with a paperclip UNTIL your device is recognized as an ADFU device. But don't keep the paperclip on the pins or you will burn it! Just scroll it a few times over the pins. It will ask you to install some drivers. You will find the driver in C:\Program Files\MP3 Player Utilities 4.13\RDiskUpdate\driver. Browse to it and install it.

5. After windows installs the driver, just try to update firmware.
So you can't put new firmware until it is not in ADFU mode. If it does not go in ADFU follow this steps here (the steps in red)
