JTC Electronics 4GB players are $119.00 and he ships internationally. That's where I got my 8GB from and he is a great seller and recommended over at the Meizu Me forums. It was extremely fast shipping in the US, so I would expect you would get your player in short amount of time.
House of DAP also has them at $129.00
