Yup, also you can try and download the latest mp3 player utils (4.15). They'll generate the amv's at 10 fps.

You can edit AmvTransform.ini and change the fps as you want:

VIDEOSIZE=96X64(0;16;0),128X96(0;16;0),128X128(0;1 6;0),160X120(0;16;0),176X128(0;16;0),176X144(0;12; 0),192X160(0;12;0),208X120(0;12;0),208X160(0;10;0) ,208X176(0;10;0)

In my case i modified 208X176 to make the amv's at 12 fps. So the middle value (0;12;0) - in this case 12, specifies the fps.
