There are now at least five sellers using the same line of text to validate their "8GB MP4" claim in the listing title. They are hailitele, bt-big-world,flashmentown,player-world and digiworld2008.

They all use clear and intentional misrepresation of the facts. I have been reporting listings that use the word Nano in the listing title and have had some success in getting them removed, although I have been concentrating on the 8GB listings till now. But there has been a clear reduction in the number of these listings in the past week. One seller in particular matsfactory has been selling these in auctions(with Nano in the title) for over 100$ a time, although the same player has been going for about 45$ without the word Nano in the title. A lot of the buyers are obviously new and have zero feedback. I know that you always have to learn a few lessons when you start buying on Ebay, but these were particularly cruel lessons. The main point I am trying to make here is that I believe that reporting a listing can be effective. Unfortunately it is hard to catagorize this 8GB scam in Ebay`s reporting system.
Anyone got any ideas?
