I recently bought a 4GB MP4 player from the eBay seller:
johnnymagasin for a reasonably cheap price of £16. Since receiving the item, I have come across several problems. First of all, the headphones supplied did not work at all. I reported this fault to the seller, and was sent a replacement.
Secondly, the FM Radio failed to work. The seller asked me to format the MP4 player in order to overcome this problem, so I did with no luck. The seller then offered to send me a free gift to make up for this fault, which I have still not received. On top of that, ANY files that are put onto the MP4 player become corrupt and can not be accessed, not even when I put them back onto my PC. Files are moved from folder to folder, and some of the files I put on aren't even there.
Also, file names are automatically changed to unknown characters. The storage information is also displayed incorrectly. Like, when 600MB worth of files are on the MP4 player, 2GB of space is being used up. The seller told me to try using less storage. I asked if he could replace my MP4 Player and he said he doesn't replace MP4 Players
Is there anyone that can help me overcome any of these problems..
