First off you need to file a report with E Bay and Pay Pal; if you used them. Second I recommend going to following sites and file reports for fraud against him. Also I would make a report to your bank about this guy committing fraud and selling you fraudulent merchandise; unless you used some other form of payment that did not involve a bank. If you did not use pay pal or E Bay then forget those and take the legal route; most the links I listed will help you do this. I may have to file a law suit against this guy just to let you know how serious this is. I have already filed claims with all of the below links. I would also recommend sending a report into your local consumer protection agency; I would search on msn.com for better results.
