I've received a "guess" chinese MP4 player 1 Gb slim with 1.5" color screen that work partially; means song OK, Radio OK, Photo OK, but no movie nor Telephone book.
I have no instruction at all and when I connected first to my PC says Error disk, would like to format? I said YES and now I can use it as above only...
In Setup menu, the firmware version says:

I know has Samsung chip inside and I would like to restore firmware...
May someone help me at all ?
Note: I'm brand new on these devices,
ops: so I would need instruction on how to load the firmware, I mean the software to ...
