Nate34 , try to search in the CD that came with the player for a firmware file, sometimes it could be in there. Usually it is in .fw, .bin or .zip format.

The extraction tool only supports upto v9.0.43 at the moment, which means the now common v9.0.48 and v9.0.50 are unable to be extracted, much less the v9.1.50.

Another alternative would be to contact your seller for the firmware. But most cases have shown that the seller would not bother themselves with it.

i'll suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange. Say it arrived DOA or something.
