Default Re: Rockchip Menu editing tool?

Thanks for uploading this.
You can actually change text strings using RKLogoEdit too.
It is quite difficult to do in RKLogoEdit as you need to create an individual script for every firmware and it is so much work you might as well change the text using a hex editor.

The program you have uploaded looks like it would be easier to use than RKLogoEdit for changing the text, but I'm not sure if you can do anything like changing the pictures, but I will have a look at what it can do.

I think this program could be good for people who want to create a menu in their own language.

Thanks again

edit

Just tried this out on my own firmware and changed some text and uploaded to my player and yes it worked fine and was very easy to do, much easier than RKLogoedit.

It seems to be able to extract text resources from any Rockchip firmware and if you take text from a firmware with different menu options and try to merge it with your own, then it gives you a warning so you cant mess up your menu navigation.
