Sorry to hear you're having problems with UXcell.
I know in the past, if customers had real problems, we could email Keith at UXcell, however, he's left now, so I have to try find his replacement. He was the Promotions/Advertising Manager and really looked after MyMPxPlayer.org really well.
What email address did you email your enquiries to? Did you use
info@xcell.com? Try that if you can, Keith told me that would get better responses.
Can you post us your order details? I'll see if I can find someone at UXcell who can help more? I'm going to start by contacting Keith who used to work at UXcell.
