drhlkaplan , very likely your player had a hacked 1GB memory chip. The formatting removed the memory hack.

Have a look in the CD that came with the player for any firmware files (usually in .fw or .bin format). If not, try contacting your seller and see if they have the firmware file to send to you.

If all these do not work out, then you'll need to try all the v9.0.xx series firmwares here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...mare-dc37.html
As the extraction tool currently only supports v9.0.43 and below, you might have a problem of locating a suitable firmware for your player.
