don't use that, it's for another player with a smaller screen.
You just need this download to get the ConsumerUpdate program
Only use your firmware thats
very important , don't use any other, only the firmware that came on your cd.
The "0700C_1.79new_Soundwave_En_MLC.rfw" file is your firmware.
