You need MP3 player utilities ver 3.68. Once installed and your player is plugged in go to devices in control pannel and forse the update of the driver into the folder - > driver where you install 3.68.
That is how I got back mine. However, I dont have the firmware for it and would very much apprichiate if you could email me the firmware on

Mine is Nano look-a-like Lisong, was with 9.0.50 on it and now with black screen only :-(
