So I also got ripped off by hailitele. He gave me the runaround telling me loads of lies so proving that he is a real bad egg. He even offered a full refund if I withdrew my negative feed back.PayPal advised me of the refund but as his account does not have any funds I will not get it.Another con which PayPal will not help sort out.
I complained to ebay and PayPal but both a complete waste of time.
In frustration I even made a post on ebay about him and guess what ebay sent me an email telling me they will cancel my account.That is how much they care.
So what can one do?
Any ideas?
