Abdul-Nimer , it depends on how much is the memory capacity of the player. Usually a 1GB player would cost about US$30-40, 2GB about US$40-50, that's just a price estimate.

Many players arrive with hacked memory, and after format the capacity reduces greatly. You'll need to be aware of this and buy from a reliable seller.

Typical Nand flash modules are manufactured for 1000 read/write cycles. However, with proper care it usually goes much more than that.

If you flash the player with its own extracted firmware, or a compatible firmware, no problems would occur. But most of the times, many users end up with a bricked player after flashing a wrong firmware.
