slayer666metallica , it is likely your player's memory is hacked, thus causing the format errors. i'll suggest you perform a format using MP3 Utilities Disk Tool, the guide is here

2. The file structure of these players are stored in the order it was copied into the player. You can't sort the files in the order you wish via the player. However, there is a file-sync software in the downloads section that you can use to sort the files before copying over to your player.
