A quick question, has this problem always happened or only just started happening recently?
It sounds like a problem with the battery. If it works when plugged into the USB on your computer, then it seems the battery is not getting a charge.
So what could be the problem is that either the battery is faulty, or the connection on the board to your battery is faulty.
Is it still under warranty? Can you get it replaced under warranty?
