I have a small problem with that… my aunt bought it in Chile… and i can't communicate with the seller… can i do a backup to the firmware, delete all in the pmp and try to put several firmware in it until find one that works???… and if it doesn't work...is it possible to repair it?(the firmware).i mean the backup
