One more post on my video conversion adventure. I worked with viDrop a bit more to get the settings I need for my player. I was happy to see that viDrop will allow you to save many different profiles for video conversion for more than one type of player. I attempted to convert the movie again and YES!, it works!
viDrop is very simple to use; I just had to make a few more changes to the settings. So I got a working converter and did not have to pay anything, although Xilisoft sure does a lot. I am sure it's worth the money paid, but I'm a thrifty sort of person, so I'll always try to work with the cheaper solutions first.
Now, on to putting movies on my player. I'll write a little review on my Rockchip player shortly.
