stone , it depends on what state your player is currently in. You'll need to install MP3 Utilities, and see if the Upgrade Tool is able to detect your player.

If it does, then you'll need to try all the v9.xx firmwares for your screen size here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...ware-dc37.html

If it does not, then you'll need to perform the Dead Player Recovery procedure to get the player to reboot and be detected by your computer.
