Default A useful hint concerning out-of-synch video problem

Few days ago I was testing the conversion of videos in my new Onda VX858. This powerful player of 2.8" screen was showing all the videos with sound out-of-synch. Videos tested first in my Teclast C260 where it played great... showed with sound delayed increasing along the video.
More than that FLV videos that showed quite good weren't showing at all in my new marvellous player, only image frozen while sound were hear correctly.

:?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:

It took me some time to discover where were the problem:

Due to constant testing and installation of different firmwares, I had stored in a SD card the movies and some important files, because every firmware installation flash were deleted. So in order to not move them after each test... I kept them in a SD card.

But that were not an High Speed SD card, it were a cheap SD card. Big mistake... videos and big files require a high speed transfer and that SD card weren't capable to bring.

So I move those videos to the flash and all work fine as it should!!!

Lessons is

NEVER USE A LOW SPEED CARD TO STORE MOVIES OR BIG FILES IN YOUR MP4 PLAYER ... it will be out-of-synch, freeze and even it can hang your player.
Use it just for MP3 that normally is buffered previous to play... but better than that... buy a High Speed SD card!!!
