alexdelg1803 , i assume that you are having constant hourglass?

If that's the case, then there are only 2 solutions.

1. Contact your seller for an exchange if it is still under warranty.

2. Check if MP3 Utilities Disk Tool detects your player. If it does, then try to format the player first, see if the problem persists. Guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html
