Riddick , does MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool detect your player? If it does, then you'll need to try other v9.xx firmwares. If it does not, then you'll need to perform a dead player recovery, guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/dead-play...ide-vt567.html

For the "flash is no responding" problem, try uninstall and install another version of MP3 Utilities.
