Default Need Firmware ATJ2051H

Please i need the firmware, because my mp4 is dead. MP4 specs is:

CHip 1 : SAMSUNG-637 K9K8G08U0M PCB0
Chip 2 : ATJ2051H F71164B-583
Board Id : SCC51-009KEY VO.2 2006.08.19 YF00808163.COM
Memory : 1 GB
With FM

Please i very needed to recovery my mp4..
