I brought that mp3 on 03/06/07, receive on 12/06/2007,but it was not working than I email try to talk seller about it ,but no answer than I give him Negative Feedback "

on 15/06/07 he mail me to post the player back……on 4/7/07 he send me mail say he received item and say will send me the replacement.....than I just waited……on 13/07/07 I ask him send it yes or not ,he say : withdraw the negative feedback than he will send me back the replacement , than I try communication will him to solve this problem but I can’t , than I give him Follow-up feedback: "

After a day he mails me say he post already post and give me the tracking NO.ra226063927hk ...than I have waited for more than 2 weeks still not arrived. mail him on answer ....I use tracking NO to check in post office , the post office advise me ,the parcel was not for me......that was post to Mr R SYNNOTT in BAYSWATER 3153 and sign by Mr R SYNNOTT on the 10 Jul 2007 10:00
than I ask other member in Discussion Boards Member to Member Help and report to Pay Pal. but Pay Pal say over 45 day can't open the Dispute Case. So I report to ebay again and take ebay advice open the Dispute Console on 27-Jul-07. Than seller on 08/08/2007 say he will sand me another replacement "again" Than I waited ...…..but unfortunately he give the tracking NO:RA281085110HK was fake "again"That I’ve check with H.K. and Aust. post office........
I’m new member in ebay. And first time in this circumstance, The seller tricked me with the tracking number again and again. So I’m not very sure what I can do and what I should do was the best. I also take other member advice report to my bank requested to chargeback.
on 31/08/2007 my bank help me reopen the case on PayPal. PayPal didn't ask me any thing , just take the seller fake tracking number and re- charge me on 17/09/2007 and closed the case "again" , Now i need to call my bank to re-chargeback again ........ :evil:
i got some uncomprehending, why ebay approve it
1. the seller keep going lie say item location in Australia (but all come from hong kong)???
you can see his Feedback all menber say the same
2. when some problem come, PayPal didn't check, seller just use fake tracking number and just let him go .....
